An academy lives on filled slots. The week map heats up as sessions fill, so a squad with space is obvious at a glance and an over-full slot suggests the easiest move. Capacity is counted per day and time rather than per squad, so a Monday-to-Thursday group capped at six can hold seven as long as no single day goes over.
Coaches can check in at the venue from their phone, and the geofence widens by the phone’s own reported accuracy so a poor urban fix never blocks a real coach.
