After you pay

What happens next, in four steps.

No call to book, no waiting for us to build anything. This is the whole path, from card to first attendance recorded.

  1. Stripe takes the card.

We never see it. Cards, PayNow, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work; ShowUp only ever records that a payment happened.

  2. Your invite arrives by email.

A personal, single-use code and a one-tap link to your setup, sent to the address you paid with. The code creates one centre only, and the database enforces that. Nothing after a few hours? Write to support and a person answers.

  3. Ten minutes of questions.

Claim your address, pick the words your world uses, and confirm the timezone and currency ShowUp guessed from your browser. Then paint your opening week onto the hours canvas. Skip anything you like; whatever you skip becomes a short checklist inside.

Split shifts, Saturday mornings and all — painted on with a drag.

  4. Bring your register across.

Upload the spreadsheet you already keep. ShowUp reads your headers and shows exactly what it would create: members, classes, fee streams and the money each cycle carries. It saves nothing until you say so. Then your centre is open at showup.best/your-name, and families need only a link.

Setup, from invite code to a centre that exists.

Your staff will not need training.

Owners, teachers and families each get a short guided introduction the first time they sign in.

The guided first run sits on the real controls, with a way out on every card.

The manual is written — and a person answers.

Every screen is documented, and the docs are regenerated on every build so they cannot drift from what you see. The in-app reader is switched on for your centre on request while it is finished; until then, reply to any ShowUp email and a founder answers.

The ShowUp promise

Use ShowUp for 60 days. If you don’t love it, email support@showup.best and you get every dollar back. Any reason. No forms, no questions.

Money questions

Questions before you pay.

What does ShowUp cost?

Plans start at S$19 a month (about US$15) for a solo teacher, and every plan includes the full attendance-to-fee engine. Paying yearly gets you about two months free, and the first 10 centres can lock in the Founding member price for as long as they stay.

How does the 60-day money-back promise work?

Run your real classes on ShowUp for up to 60 days. If it isn’t calmer than the spreadsheet — any reason or none — email support@showup.best and the full amount comes back to your original payment method. No forms, no hoops, no hard feelings.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

Checkout is handled securely by our payment partner — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayNow. Your card details never touch our servers, your receipt arrives by email, and applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

I already run on WhatsApp and a spreadsheet. Why pay for this?

Because the spreadsheet doesn’t chase fees — you do, in the evenings, for free. ShowUp marks attendance in a tap, works out what each family owes, and explains the bill for you. If it doesn’t buy back your evenings inside 60 days, take the refund.

Do you charge per student?

No. Each plan is one flat price, never per student — Solo covers up to 5 students in one batch, Studio up to 30 across 5 batches, and Concierge has no limit. And ShowUp never takes a cut of the fees families pay you.

Can I cancel? What happens to my data?

Cancel anytime — your centre stays live until the end of what you’ve paid for. Your register, history and fee records are yours: ask and we’ll export everything, and delete it on request.
