Terms of service.

Who we are
ShowUp is operated by SHOWUP (UEN 53530477C), registered in Singapore with its registered office at Simei, Singapore. You can reach us any time at support@showup.best.
The service
ShowUp is attendance-led class-management software for class businesses: attendance marking, attendance-metered fee cycles, family views, reminders and related tools, provided free of charge as an online service at showup.best. ShowUp records and explains the fees your students owe you; it does not collect those fees on your behalf and is not a payment gateway for your students.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping access to your email (which is how you sign in) secure, and for having the right to store the information you keep about your students and their families. Don’t use ShowUp to send spam, to store content that is unlawful, or to probe or disrupt the service.
Price
ShowUp is free for centres, forever: we will never charge your centre for ShowUp and we take no card. Features and fair-use limits (for example the Copilot’s daily cap) may change with notice under “Changes” below; the price will not.
Anyone who paid ShowUp before 27 September 2026 keeps the refund promise they bought under — see refunds.
Your data
Your register — students, attendance, fee history and everything else you enter — is yours. You can request a full export at any time, and deletion when you leave. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
Availability and support
We run ShowUp with care but, like any online service, we don’t promise uninterrupted availability. Support is by email at support@showup.best — a person reads and answers, usually within a day.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to S$100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between you and your students or their families.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email the address on your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use ShowUp after that means you accept the updated terms.
For centres that joined before 27 September 2026, these terms take effect on 11 October 2026, after we have emailed you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
